Well, an option would be to start at level 1 and level up if you are interested in the various animations and such. This should give you an idea whether you like the style or not.

I have a question regarding a faction change. I still dont know what race I would like to play on the horde, is there any posibility to find out what race I would like to play most?
I find the animations of a race important aswell. Never really liked Night elves so i play Human now..
Orc seems to be pretty cool but tauren looks very cool also. Only the tauren animations are a bit mehh with the hoofs..
Is the only option: make all race and try them at 100 (the new feature) very time consuming.
Any other ideas?

PvP progress would be lost as it's faction bound. If you really want that achievement then it would be probably best to get it first, before you faction change.
