As a starter these are the ones I have completed solo. There may be more I just haven't done them yet.
Indeed, while these achievements were originally meant to be attained by a group of 10 or 25 players, most of them are now solo-able without too many issues. Having a friend or two join you would help in more than a few situations, however!
Take "Heroic: The Frostwing Halls", for example. There are a few *truly creative* ways in which players can rescue Valithria and restore her health - I have seen non-healing classes use bandages to achieve the result - but having a dedicated healer undoubtedly makes things easier :)
