The quest is no longer possible to do because the lake is no longer there, its a house where the lake was.

Hey Sunlily!

With the removal of the big pool in the Goblin area, I recommend giving the other bodies of water in the Valley of Spirits a go. It looks like the Goblin pollution has spread further than anticipated...
