Once you complete "Giving It All We've Got", Thalyssra, Oculeth and Valtrois will need your help with a few more quests: the chapter ends with "Arluin's Request".
You may also want to have a look at this comment on Wowhead, which discusses "Good Suramaritan" and its storylines in great detail. It will surely come in handy to you.
