I just received a chat message which goes as follows:
[Blizzard] whispers: [Blizzard Entertainment] GM: Nutzungsbedingungen Verletzung der Wirtschaft im Spiel. Bitte besuchen Sie: www.csbattle.net Beweisen Sie, Dass Sie der Besitzer des Kontos sind, ansonsten werden wir lhr Blizzard-Account aussetzen.
I had to transcribe that into google translate to understand what it was about. I have 2 questions:
1. Why did I receive that message?
2. Why did I receive it in German when I have every setting set to English?

Ingame account notification
Hey,
As others have rightly pointed out, we will never contact you out of the blue (no pun intended...) asking you to verify your account details.
While I'm glad to hear you've taken steps to secure your account, I would strongly advise getting an authenticator (the app is free, so costs you nothing) to add a two-factor layer of security to your account to make sure all your characters and valuables are under maximum protection. You'll also get a free Core Hound Pup pet as well!
