I'll start. It was when I first got into Roleplaying. It was a simple walkup scenario, back when I barely knew anything about RP and didn't even have a TRP profile.
Since then I had like a dozen more fun and interesting experiences, but that first one will always be the most memorable.
So there's my best memory playing WoW. What's yours?
I love reading about memories like this, I think my best memory would have been during burning crusade, I'd been up for about 36 hours levelling my first character to 70, and found myself stop briefly as I listened to the music in Zangarmarsh (one of my favourite tracks). That and playing through Magisters Terrace for the first time after it was added - that instance always makes me nostalgic :)
