Greetings Oger,
Pressing the Assault is completely optional, has no reward and no follow-up. It's a breadcrumb quest for new players, so they know where to go to level-up. You can abandon it safely.
It enables a temporary third tab on your Command Map called Scouting Map. This is just a map of the Broken Isles with quest markers indicating where you can start a new quest-chain or assault on the Broken Isles.

i have the quest pressing the assault and i go to dream grove and then the scouting map and there are no options to choose an area to attack.
