I loved watching this, seeing Adam geek out about all the details in the armor and finally wear the entire thing made me smile.
For those who might have missed it, there was an Auction in May of some of the Warcraft movie items and props, including things like the full suits that Adam had there in the video, stunt suits and weapons and also the full high detail props all from WETA.
Lot's of amazing pieces, didn't manage to grab anything though but then I don't really have room for anymore stuff at home right now :D

I'm pretty sure if he'd had a chance to dress up as an orc he would have, but they were pretty much entirely CGI and motion capture.
Having watched many of his videos regarding cosplay and prop building, I don't thing factions ever play a part in it though, he just seems to love the art of making things, wearing them (just look at some of the stuff he's built to wear at various Comic-Cons over the years) and then seeing peoples reactions :)
