Quick question
Is there any way for reporting a GM that treated you like something that usually get wasted on some parts of the body and didn't adress any of your problems in a proffesional way and ended up wasting your time making you have to open 2 more tickets before finally getting a competent answer?

Just to clarify this, there is no Phone Number to call Support directly. But you can request a callback via the Support Site if you feel you want to speak to somebody.

Complaints can be addressed via Ticket as well. The Reason for the Complaint will be reviewed then.
