Why do Blizzard never reply to my tickets,

It's insane considering I only want to spend money in game? Yet cannot buy a transfer due to a little mail bug, all my tickets are opened but no one can be bothered to reply? It's insane.

Any suggestions on what to do, if you're curious about my mail bug, it's showing there's mail, although when you open, there isn't anything, therefore I cannot transfer.
