Apparently if you do the quests in Desolace with the two Centaur Clans (according to mmo-champion.com), you now get exalted with both clans. However if you've done the quests in the past, you won't get anything and can't even kill mobs to gain rep.
So my question is, if it would be possible to hot-fix it or something, so us who did the quest in the past is able to get the reputation? It would certainly help me (and certainly everyone else) maintain my sanity when going for the 100 exalted reputation achievement :)
This issue has now been hotfixed and I can confirm it does work. If you have completed the quests previously just speak to Karnum Marshweaver in Desolace and boom instant exaltation. So happy :)

The Devs did indeed put in a fix so you simply speak to Karnum Marshweaver if you've already completed that questline.
