Could you try deleting the Battle.net Cache and Battle.net Files for me please, and testing again afterwards?
If that still does not help out, check if you run the app with Administrator rights.

Been like this for 15 minutes, keeps flashing between Play and Update, restarted Bnet, restarted my PC, nothing else in my Bnet launcher is updating. Hello?
