If you are missing “treasure in deadwash” chapter, try going into caves you blew up @ the start of this chapter with the little gnome. (I think it was one of the first quests along with killing stone monsters and searching for gold coins) There is a pile of gold in one of those caves which should give you the finishing you need. Had the same problem but this did it for me :)
Indeed, the quest marker for Share the Wealth may be a little tricky to notice :P
Be sure to complete the quest, otherwise you'll be missing out on a crazy amount of riches (eh...) in addition to the achievement!
