Hey there Elendrill,
If you skipped the introduction scenario, then your next quest in Boralus should be 'Get Your Bearings'. Could you check if you find Taelia at the docks in Boralus?
On a side note, a common reason for not getting transferred into (what would have technically been) a scenario are addons. There are some that will try to skip cutscenes or cinematics you have seen before which can also completely interrupt the actual transfer. It will then usually leave you in the exact same spot as where you started.
Temporarily turning those (or all of them) off should do the trick though. :)

Also tried to submit a bug, but no response or anything there either.
So the thing is, i tried to start my priest on BFA content.I had all the quests, battle for lorderon which i skipped becuase i have done it on another char. Attended the war council with king anduin and Jaina proudmore, then i was send to the Harbor of stormwind to talk to Jaine in front of her ship.
I had the option to skip the starting quests for Boralus, and so i did.
A loading screen started, and after that i was still at stormwind harbor. No jaina, no ship, no quests or anything that i could go on.
i can go to boralus via the mage tower, but there are no quests, and the starting NPC's aint there either to start quests in Kul Tiras.
Anyone had that problem? it kinda annoys me at this point.
