Ranked PvP Item Levels
Now that BFA Season 1 is underway, we’ve seen a number of questions about the item levels of various rewards and reward tiers. Here’s an outline of the current item levels you’ll see when you receive rewards from ranked PvP:

  • Tier, Rating, End of Match iLvl, Weekly cache iLvl, Weekly Azerite item iLvl
  • Unranked, 0 – 1399, End of Match 340, Weekly cache 355, Weekly Azerite item 355
  • Combatant, 1400 – 1599, End of Match 350, Weekly cache 365, Weekly Azerite item 355
  • Challenger, 1600 – 1799, End of Match 360, Weekly cache 370, Weekly Azerite item 370
  • Rival, 1800 – 2099, End of Match 365, Weekly cache 375, Weekly Azerite item 370
  • Duelist, 2100 – 2399, End of Match 370, Weekly cache 380, Weekly Azerite item 385
  • Gladiator, 2400+, End of Match 375, Weekly cache 385, Weekly Azerite item 385

Some reminders:
End of match rewards are occasional.
For your weekly item Conquest turn-in, see Marshal Gabriel in the Salt and Shanty Inn near the Ashvane Docks in Boralus or Xander Silberman at Mugambala in Zandalar and complete the quest Conquest's Reward.
You’ll loot your weekly cache reward from a chest in that area.
The weekly cache items can Warforge/Titanforge.

Additional information:
If you’ve filled up your Conquest bar for the week (500 points), you’ll receive a reward in the chest of an appropriate item level. The item level of the reward will be based on the highest bracket in which you won at least one game last week. For example, if you played and won at Duelist in 3v3, expect to receive a reward with an appropriate item level for your ranking at the end of the week. However, if you were rated as a Duelist in 3v3, but only participated in 2v2, you wouldn’t receive a Duelist level item unless you had won a game in 3v3

Now go strike down your enemies!

Ranked PvP Item Levels
Few additional clarifications the developers provided us with:

  • Players who did not finish their Conquest cap this week can resume next week. This means, for example, characters you have who have never earned Conquest this week can, in 3 weeks, progress through 3 weeks worth of the conquest earning 3 items.
  • In order to gain loot for the Weekly Cache (the chest in Mugambala and Hook Point), you must complete your Conquest cap for this week.
  • The Weekly Cache will reward you loot based upon the highest rating achieved in a rated 2v2, 3v3 or Rated Battleground the previous week. This means you could reach Duelist rank, then drop down to Rival and still receive Duelist quality loot.
  • All Dread Gladiator gear – from the weekly Conquest, from the Weekly Cache, from end of match rewards – can have their item level boosted to the rating associated with your current rank using a Battleborn Sigil. Battleborn Sigil’s can be rewarded to you through PvP actiivites, as well as through a repeatable turn-in quest requiring 10 Quartermaster Coins through Xander Silberman at Mugambala and Marshal Gabriel at the salt and Shanty Inn within Hook Point. Quartermaster Coins can be earned if you lose a bonus roll in PvP.

I'm getting 360 item level end-of-the-match rewards with rating over 1800. Is there something wrong with the stated ilevels or what's going on?

    Having the same issue
Multiple rival items dropped, however, they're all at 360 instead of 365

I chased this up, and this is intentional. Until the Mythic Uldir opens (so tomorrow), all base item level items are capped at 360 within Mythic+ and Rated PvP. This means that Challenger and above players cannot gain items higher than item level 360 until then.

    Ok, so im a bit confused and my question is;
If i for example have a 2v2 rating of 1500 and a 3v3 rating of 1800 and i then complete my weekly conquest cap and complete 1 rated win in 2v2.
Will next weeks PvP Chest still be based on my 1800 rating from 3v3 (which i had no games played at the previous week) or will it be based on my 1500 rating from 2v2 (which i DID have games played at previous week)?

I've updated the original post to clarify this:

If you’ve filled up your Conquest bar for the week (500 points), you’ll receive a reward in the chest of an appropriate item level. The item level of the reward will be based on the highest bracket in which you won at least one game last week. For example, if you played and won at Duelist in 3v3, expect to receive a reward with an appropriate item level for your ranking at the end of the week. However, if you were rated as a Duelist in 3v3, but only participated in 2v2, you wouldn’t receive a Duelist level item unless you had won a game in 3v3.

There is one question that I have seen alot that has never been answered. We know the Weekle cache loot is based on the highest rating for the week, even if you fall below that rating you still get it. But what about the random end of match drops? For example: I currently have duelist rank (over 2100 rating), so therfore I get duelist loot (ilvl 370). But what if I drop down below duelist rank, to lets say 1900 rating, and then get a random end of match loot. Does this end of match loot drop duelist loot (370), or will it drop at the rating im currently at(365)?

An answer on this would be much appreciated since I can't seem to find an answer anywhere, and getting an actual drop is also impossible. Anyone?

Just received an answer back regarding this one.

The item level of any gear received at the end of the match should scale based on the rating you had when the match began.

So, for you example, if you entered a match with a duelist level rating, any gear you receive should be at least 370. But if you lose and drop out of the duelist range, any gear you receive at the end of subsequent matches will be of lower item level until you get back into the duelist range.
