Hey there Maytheholy,
It sounds like you were in the progress of fully opening up your Monk Class Hall. This also involves obtaining your first Artifact weapon which you have done only partially so far. You left a part of the Windwalker quest chain unfinished. :)
If you want to continue on it still, then just head back to Ramkahen in Uldum. You should see an orange quest marker on the map there. Once you have obtained that first Artifact weapon, the quest will take you back to the Monk Class Hall to continue with the Class Hall quests.

i need a help. I just complete intro into a legion, where i complete save the monks temple against the demons. after it i was in new Dalaran where i cant found a quest which will open a new quest line for me. Can anybody help me where i can find this quest???
