Why does Blizz ignore us?
A bug has been reported for almost a month now regarding the BoA head enchants and still no response from Blizzard as to whether they plan to fix it, look in to it or just plain say to hell with it. WTH BLIZZARD!!! I pay you to answer my damn questions!

Why does Blizz ignore us?
While Warien covers this pretty well, I wanted to reiterate that we are constantly working on fixes and not ignoring anything.
