This world quest boss has an issue with tagging but i cannot find an accurate threshold as to when it cuts off. The mechanics of the fight seem strange too. The number of adds is exponential, and the 90% debuff doesn't really seem to have a clear way of how to remove it.

While standing near him i also randomly phased into a 40 man group that was also there out of nowhere and all parties present were experiencing 3-4 second delay on everything for quite some time.

This boss seems really cool but needs some definite tuning.
