Blizzards ticketing system
It's been a few weeks since I last put in a ticket, but every time I do, Blizzard seems to have altered their UI to make it even harder to do so. Where do they get off calling it customer service, sticking "contacting support" at the top of each menu, and then making damn sure you can't actually contact support. So we have to lie and lodge every ticket under something like "account hacked" before you'll talk to us now Blizzard?

What exactly was the issue, Targas? The last issue I see on this Battle.net is nearly a month old.

We actually have more ways to contact us now than ever before - provided the issue is something a Game Master can actually help. They aren't there to answer gameplay questions or even chat with you unless necessary.

For things that are outside a Game Master's scope, we have many players that are quite helpful - and there are many fan sites that can answer questions as well.
