ok so I see we got the gear out but no titles to go with it am I the only one who didn't get any titles ??

Hey guys it looks like there's a small issue right now with the titles but we're working on it! I'll update when I know more on it or the status of that fix.

Might have forgotten to update this as it was pretty busy last week. Yeah this was fixed almost exactly a week ago in approximately 23 mins and 57 seconds. Give or take some seconds as I made that number up.

Are you sure? Cus i don`t get my tittles on my Warrior


If you're missing a title and you think you should have one and didn't get a DQ email then I'd suggest ticketing into Customer Support and have a Game Master look into it! They have the ability to see if you should've obtained one.

There's a lack of information here to really go off of. However the other person I replied to had it pointed out when he posted his armory link that he didn't have enough wins. This is almost always the number one cause for not receiving your title. You must have at least 50 wins in order to receive your titles, however for Gladiator and Rank 1 Gladiator you need at least 150 wins.

GM's can see whether or not you should receive a title and give you the title if you should've received it. Outside of that its pretty black and white on what they can do with it because its an earned ladder reward.

Looks like a Game Master is actually looking at your ticket right now on this so you should have a response on it soon!

Apologies as it looks like the previous Game Masters working on this were still operating as if there was an issue with the titles themselves since I hadn't updated the thread.

In the future though I would put these kinds of posts in the Customer Support forum since they're the guys that handle this kind of thing.
