That's not really an announcement, more like answering a question.
However yes, we currently have no plans to change the unlock requirements for the Allied Races currently in the game.
An awful lot of people posted in the forum saying they were going to be removing the rep. I guess a jaded person could say the disinformation campaign to keep people subbed by making them think rep would be removed even though it would not be was successful.
We've never stated anything like this nor indicated any of the such so I don't know where you're getting this from. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
