Killing bounty not rewarding 100 honor
Is the 100 honor actually being rewarded at all? Ive been pretty busy with world pvp and it doest not feel like I have ever gotten a boost of honor from killing an assassin. Is it split among the group? Is it the person that got the killing blow?
