As a part of our ongoing series of articles featuring many of the collectibles in World of Warcraft, we've set our sights on Wrath of the Lich King.
The frozen lands of Northrend are waiting to be plundered. There are a variety of ways to lay claim to these mounts, pets, and toys, whether it's from defeating a rare boss, collecting specific currencies, or tilting at combatants in the ring, you're sure to expand your stash of treasures.
Currencies
There are a variety of currencies used in Wrath of the Lich King. Here are some of the primary types that you'll want to make sure you have at hand.
- Gold
- Champions Seal: Awarded for valiant acts in the Crusader’s Coliseum.
- Epicurian's Award: Visit special cooking vendors in capital cities and Northrend Dalaran to purchase unusual cooking recipes, spices, and even a fine hat!
- Mark of Honor: Exchanged for legacy weapons and armor at Player vs. Player Vendors.
- Timewarped Badge: Earned in Timewalking dungeons and used in exchange for goods from Timewalking vendors in capital cities.
From beasts of burden to powerful drakes, there is a wide variety of truly epic mounts to add to your stables.
