While attempting to troubleshoot as to why Telaendril of Steamwheedle Cartel US was not loading properly into Ask Mr Robot, their tech support indicated that they were receiving this:

http status: 500 Internal Server Error
response: status: "nok", reason: "Character unavailable"

They requested that I post here to see if I could get a response any faster than they could. Any idea why this is happening and what can be done to fix it? The toon updates just fine on the armory, just won't import/update to that site.
