The Most Passionate Fan Base(!)

I do believe it goes without saying that World of Warcraft players are among the most passionate gamers in the world. So let's make it known! The folks at Guild Launch are taking your votes now for the Dragon Slayer awards, to be presented at Dragon*Con in Atlanta, GA (August 31 - September 2).

Among the categories for distinguished communities in online gaming, the following should be of interest to you:

    Top Community Management Team: Blizzard (that's us!)

    Community Manager of Year: Jonathan "Zarhym" Brown (that's me!)

    Most Passionate Fan Base: World of Warcraft (that's you!)

You can also vote for Diablo III or World of Warcraft for Most Dramatic Change.

I already did! I brought it up to Cory Stockton the other day and he said he was adding the task to the next possible patch cycle (to come after Mists launch).

I have no idea why I was nominated specifically, by the way. ^.^ I couldn't handle what I do without the amazing people who sit around me and offer me guidance everyday. We're a true team with a strong support structure to keep each other grounded.
