All Melee classes are mobile dps meaning they can dps NON-STOP on targets if they need to.
Death knights, Druids, Monk, Paladin, Rogue Warrior

Non of the above depend on filler dps like affliction or destruction dps in order to generate embers. All of the above have insta cast abilities they can also use on the fly in the event they change from one target to the next in PVE.

Hunters - 85% of their abilities are mobile, even their traps now can be cast while moving.

Mage-Priest and Shaman classes dont depend on movement abilities as much as warlocks do to generate greater DPS

As a destruction lock it not a simple as everyone thinks to keep up with the top DPS such as Mages and Hunters in PVE. Our initial burst DPS sucks because we have to build up embers first to use our best spell chaos bolt, and its real nice to have movement so we can cast that chaos bolt before switching to a second or third target.

Its gonna hurt dps in PVE, take Lei shin for example if your casting chaos bolt while he does Lightning whip, were not gonna stand there and eat lightning whip so we can get the cast off, so now we have to move , recast and that is dps lost.

On top of that if we dont use the embers right away they. de-generate, so we have to build them back up so we can get those 2 or three chaos bolts out before repeating this all over again.

Or even better, Tortos, Turtles flying everywhere, and rock falls , quake stomp. Our main spell gets interrupted more than any other class. look at the damage meters on Tortos, I bet 3 or 4 out of the top 5 are melee classes.

Having this talent on CD is just stupid, we already have too many things we watch on CD's now, why add another. So your solution is to add a macro since it wont be on a GCD, but that still is another button regardless, plus what if we want to cast immolate instead, oh create a more complex macro that's it.

This is a very thoughtless nerf to the warlock class for those of that use it. trust me when I say we will lose dps in all specs.

You know I would be happy if you just allowed chaos bolt to be a moveable castable spell with the same timer. You can do the same for 1 spell in each spec.
