Maybe someone here can help explain it to me because support has been unwilling or unable.
This Priest was name "Bstard" and renamed because of player complaints.
Now my question is how and why is this offensive am i missing something here ?
Ive used this name in many other games never had any problems or complaints.
I had this name for over 10 years untill few days ago blizzard disconnect me mid raid mid trade i might add and when i log back in i have to change the name.
To me this is unacceptable and they wont spell it out for me whats offensive about it.
their own blue post sais they would contact an "offender" in game to discuss why it needs to be changed this didnt happen at all just dc and change.
So one whats offensive about it and two why didnt they follow their on protocol.

It's considered name masking - in this case, the name is missing an A. I believe this is quite obvious.
