I was looking through the Transmog interface for the items in one of my Hunter's current favorite transmog sets and I can't find several pieces in the interface at all.

The items are:
Bricksteel Gauntlets - a quest reward that I had to grind Timbermaw rep to get (the only gloves in that style/color in the game).
Boots of the Hero - quest reward
Kingslayer's Breastplate - quest reward

I had read that there were some changes due to some classes changing their early armor types but this shouldn't be allowed to affect our current transmog sets that we spent a lot of time putting together. I am especially concerned about the Gloves because there are no others like them in the game at all.

Is anything being done to keep from having people LOSE item that they currently have? If transmog items are changing armor types then replacements NEED to be made for the people who have been using those pieces with their current armor type.

Ideally, existing pieces shouldn't change. New pieces should be made for the low level characters whose armor type is changing in the expansion. This would cause a lot less people to be upset when they suddenly find that they not only can't use their existing transmog sets but in many cases, can't even count the items as being learned anymore for any armor type. In the case of items you can't obtain anymore, this would be especially upsetting.

I have searched for Blizzard comments about these concerns but haven't seen anything. I was excited at the announcement at last Blizzcon that we'd be able to learn all of the stuff from all of our old quests done and that we'd have access on all characters to the items of the right armor type. Now I am starting to dread what is happening because it looks like I'm going to actually lose a lot of things that I have right now.
